My first leadership experience...

... really challenging experience

To be a leader doesn't just take to be born as one, it also takes to develop your self as one. A leader is not the one who is just born with that potential, it's that one who has developed him self as a leader.
Developing as a leader is not just reading about it and learning from the books, it's about being one. It's about handling the challenges, motivating your team, motivating your self. Learning to live with the fact that there always will be people who don't like you, people who don't believe in you and the ones that don't care about you.
A leader may find out that he doesn't have the support that he need but that doesn't make him lass compatible for being one for being a good one.
